Fran's Flower by Lisa Bruce. I highly recommend this story for the younger crowd. It is a really cute story about a little girl that finds a little plant and she wants to grow it big. This starts off a really cute story about how a young child might try to grow their own plant.
Re-Zoom by Istvan Banyai. My DH really enjoyed doing this book with Gabe. It has no words to it. It is a bunch of different pictures that they zoom out on and you see that it is part of something else.
Hunting the Daddyosaurus by Teresa Bateman. This one was a hit with Gabe. The brother and sister team up to hunt down their dad and Tickle him. A favorite thing of Gabe to do with his dad.
The Empress and the Silkworm by Lily Toy Hong. This one is one of Sam's Favorites . He loves stories that he can learn about history and cultures of other countries. This one tell of how China came about the discovery of Silk. Very well written.
So go enjoy some good book reading.
